This Victorian Era hotel has 11 uniquely appointed guest rooms offering all of the amenities of modern day life.  The restaurant at the Grant House Hotel offers private dining, events and culinary packages curated by Chef Marianne Miller and specialized  limited edition Hearth and Fire Cooking by Chef Elliot Jones.

For over a decade Superior Stays, who acquired the hotel in 2020, has owned and operated hundreds of boutique hospitality stays and experiences throughout the Midwest with the direction of Vice President Grant Carlson. The commitment to build within each community is our hallmark. The Grant House Hotel is committed to protecting the environment, the health and safety of our employees, and the community in which we conduct our business. We make this commitment by buying directly from local merchants and craftspersons who share our same goals. It is our policy to seek continual improvement by fair wage and enrichment employment opportunities and throughout our business operations to lessen our impact on the local and global environment by conserving energy, water and other natural resources; reducing waste generation; recycling and; reducing our use of toxic materials. We are committed to environmental excellence by working with Regenerative Rush City Farmers and to purchasing products which have greater recycled content with lower toxicity and packaging, that reduce the use of natural resources. From the toxic free laundry soap to the reclaimed heirloom decor and estate furniture, restoration and mindfulness curates our style.
