 Cancellation & No Show Policy

Should something come up and you need to cancel please give us a call at (320) 318-0493. If you have canceled 5 days prior to your stay you will receive a full refund, after 5 days you will receive a 50% refund up to 48 hours prior to your stay. After 48 hours there is no refund.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed in rooms 7 and 8 only and must be registered in advance and require a $40 pet fee.  Pets are not allowed on furniture.  You must bring your own pet beds, blankets and towels.  Pets must be on a leash when not in your room.  Pets may not for any reason be left in the room unattended. You must take your pet with you if you choose to leave the hotel.  You must pick up immediately after your pet.  Owner is responsible for any damage to furniture, flooring or walls caused by the pet.

Check-in/Check-out Policy

Check in is at 3PM and check out is at 11AM.  Early check in is available for an additional $20.  All guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.  Please note that we are a self check in hotel, we do not have a front desk to great you.  You will receive check in instructions via email two days prior to your stay.  The entrance to the hotel is on west 4th street.  Feel free to temporarily park in front of the hotel entrance on west 4th street to unload before parking in the parking lot at the rear of the hotel. 

Smoking Policy

No smoking of nicotine, marijuana or vaping of any kind. (Including Medical Marijuana) You will be assessed a $250 fee for smoking in our historic hotel.

House Rules

No unregistered guests. No parties or loud music, Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am

Valuables

The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms.

Property Damage

Guests are held financially liable for any damage caused to the hotel room or property during their stay.
